it’s got just the right level of up and down hill and some truly magnificent
scenery. There are plenty of other

Aberfeldy is
widely recognized as the ‘Whitewater Capital of the UK’, the River Tay
regularly hosts international kayaking competitions, and other adventure sports

Fishing
Closest to the cottage is the River Lyon, the trout
fishing is first class and fishing permits can be obtained on various stretches

River Tay runs along beside Aberfeldy and is one of the greatest Salmon fishing

Golf
If golf is your passion, you will be spoilt for choice
with the Aberfeldy 18 hole course practically on your doorstep, or travel a few
miles and choose from the attractive 9 hole courses at Kenmore and Strathtay or
the challenging 18 holes around the magnificent Taymouth Castle. If that’s not enough a ½ hour drive
away there are a further 5, 18 holes at Pitlochry, Crieff, Killin, Dunkeld and
